In the rear shelf area behind the front seat row, there are two different configurations for R129 model depending on the options chosen.

If the car is equipped with the Bose sound system, the left side of the rear shelf typically houses the sound amplifier and subwoofer. These components are responsible for enhancing the audio quality and providing a richer sound experience inside the vehicle. On the right side of the rear shelf, there is storage a box.

Alternatively some R129 models was equipped with the second seat row option. In this case, the rear shelf would not have the sound amplifier, subwoofer, or the box on either side.

In January 2023, a black on black Mercedes SL-Class with model code R129 was purchased in Sauli, Lithuania and imported to Latvia in Europe. Unfortunately, the car was in accident and could not be recovered due to huge investments so we decided to distant the car and offer its spare parts to help maintain other R129 models.
